  1. maybe you can help me with this, as ive seen it numerous times throughout this blog, but what is the meaning of the sets when described as "2.1 X 5"? the wording is foreign to me. does that mean 2 push jerks, followed by 1 split jerk is one set?

    1. Corey , Right! 2 Push jerk than 1 Split Jerk is one set
      Cluster you rest between efforts ie : 2.2.1 x 6, rest 15s/60s (rest 15sec between 2 (15sec) 2 (15sec) 1 rep = 1 set than rest 60sec for next set
