A. Power Clean & Split Jerk, 1RM
B. 1 Heavy Power Clean & Split Jerk every :30 x 10 min -- try to use 70% or more-- increase weight if needed but NO FAILS
C. Back squat, work to above last week for a solid single
D. Mod Effort EMOM x 15 min
1st min: :45 Single Unders 
2nd min: slow dead bug movement, :30-:40
3rd min: 5 Perfect Above Knee Hang Power Clean w/ :03 Descend every rep

    B. 135- 1st rep, then did 145# up to 4:00 mins and did 150# the rest

    B.) 105 for first 3 min then 110 lb then 115 lb for last 4 min
    C.) 170 lb - not better then last week. My back is shot from Wednesday
    D.) 75 lb - Done
