B. Back Squat; 5 reps x 5 sets, rest 2-3m

    1. Jessica, for movements such as cleans. You can swap w/ clean pulls but maybe add a rep or two. Tomorrow (Wednesday) there is split jerks, either swap all together but depending on the severity of the injury then BTN split jerk may help out.
