    FS- 205x5, 225x5

    No conditioning. Worked on strict pull-ups, hs walks, and finished with some front raises, lateral raises and DB curls.

    This is my first HPA workout after lurking around here off and on for a while. I'm trying to come back from a season of adrenal fatigue/low T so I'll be modifying quite a few of the conditioning pieces. I really like the program you guys put out and I'm looking forward to having some consistency in my training again!
