CrossFit Games Open workout 17.1

15 min of recovery and stretch


  1. I AM 6'1 so is suck keep pace in burpees and DB sometimes i got distracted and get too much heavy breath in 40 db. But os possible do it ub. I tough i Will do it 17/18min .. But got 19'53". I try speed up in last burpees i screw up
