    Part B: 8:00 -- OH squats (18/12), 1st AB approx 62RPM, Fsquat, 3 quick sets of 10 (legs fatigued by this time, 2nd AB approx 62 cals (legs and breathing), Bsquat UB (legs and low back fatigue from yesterday)
