B. Weighted Pronated Pullup Cluster; 1.1.1.1.1 x 5 sets, rest 10s/2m
C1. Push Press; 10-10-10,  x 3 sets rest 20s (all UB)
C2. Strict HSPU; 10 reps for time, x 3 sets rest 3:00
