CrossFit Open WOD 15.2
Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:
From 0:00-3:00
   2 rounds of:
   10 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)
   10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
From 3:00-6:00
   2 rounds of:
   12 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)
   12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
From 6:00-9:00
   2 rounds of:
   14 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)
   14 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds

  1. 119 reps. Previous 15.2 score- 85 reps. 1st couplet took 1:37, 2nd couplet time mark 5:41.

  2. My mind sucks todays , shoudler blades tired.

    finish 2round (12reps) in 5'59" , didnt start the 14 , i broke too much in CTB , cardio is high but its ok for ohs and sustain , problem is CTB, Sorry disappointed

    134 total reps- 16 rep improvement
