B. Power Clean, build to a max
C. Split Jerk Cluster off blocks, work to tough triple 
D. 250m Row @ 97% rest as much as needed to repeat x 4 sets (200m for female) 

*realistically for most athletes could expect to take about 4-6 minutes *
