A. T&G Deadlift, 2 tough reps every :60 x 10 sets (try to figure out a moderately tough weight and stay with it

15 Hang Power Clean to overhead @ 95lb/65lb

20 burpees to 6" touch
20 chest to bar
2 min b/t sets

20 Russian KBS @ 32kg/24kg
20 Ring Dips
2 min b/t sets

  1. Hey Kyle, probably over thinking it, for the 2 sets with the power snatches and hang power cleans, are we to take a 2 min rest in between sets or do 2 rounds back to back and then take the 2 min rest?

  2. A. Hit 225 for frist 2 sets then 235 throughout
    B. TnG power snatches took :31 and :30 seconds
    C. Hang clean to overheadtook :36 and :34 seconds
    D. 2:28 and 4:45.. eek
    E. 1:50 and 2:18
