A. Power Clean. Below knee hang squat Clean; 1.1 every 90s x 7 sets (tough/ same wt across) B. Back Squat; 5 reps x 5 sets, rest 2-3m + 3 sets: 7 Ring Muscle Up 40 Wall balls 100 DU's Rest = work (time each set)
Jessica, for movements such as cleans. You can swap w/ clean pulls but maybe add a rep or two. Tomorrow (Wednesday) there is split jerks, either swap all together but depending on the severity of the injury then BTN split jerk may help out.
