Every 5 Min for 30 Minutes:
1 Mile Assault Bike @80-85%
*Rest remainder of 5m interval
*aim for consistency b/w sets

15-20 Minute Run @65-70%
*focus on breathing/ mechanics
*walk as needed to keep intensity down

50 Handstand push ups for time (kipping is acceptable. Whichever is fastest for you)

    Mixed feelings today. I felt like both MU and C2B were off. Both fatigued very quickly. I know I can do more than 20 C2B unbroken on most any day. I was happy with the 50 HSPU. I think that I could shave more time off by breaking a little less after the opening set. Or even staying on the wall longer. First set was 25.
