Hey Kyle, probably over thinking it, for the 2 sets with the power snatches and hang power cleans, are we to take a 2 min rest in between sets or do 2 rounds back to back and then take the 2 min rest?

C. Hang clean to overheadtook :36 and :34 seconds
D. 2:28 and 4:45.. eek
E. 1:50 and 2:18
