A. First 4 sets on bike were about :60, 5 was about :40 and 6th/7th were :35

B. Rowing was about :60 for first 4 sets; then sub :55 for 5; last was about :50 for 6&7 - used 4" for hspu; All unbroken but should have pushed a little harder on deficit

Effort was probably around 77% to 80% just got really tired and row was probably around 1:26-1:35ish? Deficit was at 3", first 3 rounds and 5th round were unbroken for the HSPUs

no clue what the bike was in. Rows stayed between :50 and :60.
