*Pretty happy with these EMOM. Did Tuesday's today because it had weakness that I want to work on and I missed it on Tuesday.

    Results:
    A) 105/115/125/130 - first time I've done snatch balances in quite a while.
    B) 165/175/185/185 - first squat session since before the Open. Tried to take the "fast and explosive to heart." Definitely could've gone heavier, but didn't want to be slow out of the hole at any point during the 5x5.
    C) 10/6/4/4 - Again...a weakness. I fall off so quickly from set 1 to set 3.
    D) I have a homemade GHD, but just moved and don't have it set up yet. Just subbed 4x20 sit-ups for today.
