B. Clean Grip DL @31x1; 5x5, rest 2m

EMOM for 15 Minutes:
1st: 10 UB Push Press @95-115
2nd: 10-15 KB Swing @32kg
3rd: 5 box jump step down @30-36"


HPA - Power 
A. OHS, work to tough single 
B. Power clean, build up to 90-95% of best Power clean 
C.Power clean, 15 reps for time @ 85%RM 
D. Every 2 minutes x 3 sets Perform 10 unbroken fast High Hang squat snatch @ approx 50% of best Squat snatch

    A. 235, 255, 275 - 5lb PR - absolutely feels like murder on my right wrist
    B. 225, 245, 265, 275 squashed below parallel, I know we were only supposed to go 90-95% but felt good and thought I had a chance for a PR
    C. 2:54 at 225 - happy with this, hit 23 reps in 8 minutes at 235 during test phase
    D. done at 115, each set right around 25 seconds, had to use straps here to save my thumb

    Wasn't sure I would get to train today but had another good one. Wife is out of town so it's just me and the little guy but he was super tired and went to bed early, probably means he will get up early.....oh well not training tomorrow lol. Felt I had a small chance at a PR with 275 on power clean so said what the hell you only live once. Battery is definitely getting better, was hitting 225 at a much faster pace than ever. Not as sore from yesterday as I thought I'd be.
