    air dyne was the most taxing part, finished it around 21:30, but it made the DUs very difficult because I was so burnt out

    34:14, 1st day back since Tuesday, been traveling and dealing with a little cold. Felt horrible today gotten light headed a purple times. Really didn't have anything in the tank. Not happy about this performance what so ever cause I know I'm better than this.
