    *paced the wall balls which cost me on time for the mus's. Du's were fine. Listen learned

    Also after the wod, Rafa and I play around with some Cleans and build to a heavy. I finished at 270# (5# pr). I got under 275# but missed it. I drank some of Rafa's strength juice...lol
