Note- This will be the last week of this cycle for HPA-Gold. Next week will be a bit of a transition week, and then the following we will begin a new cycle (Same priorities, just a different training split that I think will work better for you guys based on what i've seen thus far).

  2. A: up to 100kg = 10 kg PR, felt comfortable with getting under the bar
    B1: 110, 115, 120, 125, 125 last 2 sets were not the prettiest squat form
    B2: 20, 25, 25, 25, 25

    about 1,5h break

    OH lunges 24kg KB - doable but tough
    TGU 16kg - arms felt numb after that

    I slept on my neck wrong last night and it was aching today. Had to take it easy during the pull-ups and skipped the isometric kettlebell work altogether. Instead, I did 20 overhead walking lunges for 3 sets with a barbell at 75 & 80, finishing up with shoulder mobility.
