    3 rounds of 30w:30r; 1min rest in between rounds

    Bear crawl
    Pull ups (singles)
    Walking lunges
    Handstand hold against wall
    KB Swings

  2. Rest and recovery is an important term, we do rest to recover from the daily stress and by this we feel happy from inside.
