Fairly happy with this, main limiter here I would say was mental. Got to breathing pretty heavy and while it didn't cause me to even remotely miss any reps I could have went faster on my transitions. Really working on the mental part is going to be big for me.

Finished 4th round just a few seconds shy of 30 minutes.
Friday and Saturday are tough sometimes. Its Comp class at the home gym those days. There are some comps coming up and some are team/partner. Have to remember how to play well with others on those days alot of the time.
