B. Power Snatch, build to moderately tough set of 3 T&G
C. 5 unbroken touch n go Power Snatch @ 67.5%RM x 5 sets for time
D. EMOM x 10 minutes:
3 Bar Facing Burpees
3 Squat Clean @ 155lb/115lb (all singles)
Power
ReplyDeleteA. 225x2, 225x3 miss 4, 205x5, 205x5 (second set at 205 was actually easier, may have had one more in tank)
B. 115, 135, 155 - had trouble getting my hips through today, felt like it was all arm pull
C. 3:54 at 135 - again felt like I couldn't get my hips through, felt all arms
D. Did 5 rounds with burpee box jumps, and 5 rounds with regular burpees, no room for bar facing burpees. All rounds were right around 25 seconds, slowed pace some when I switched to regular burpees cause was struggling, but was still able to finish right at 25 seconds.
Am pretty darn sore today, legs are still sore from monday with squats/snatches/single leg squats, then airdyne yesterday and more squat today, legs and low back were dieing by the end of the EMOM with cleans.. Entire upper body is sore from 90 HSPU and 90 pullups yesterday. Other than being sore and snatch cycling feeling a little off felt pretty good though. Tomorrow will be a well needed day off.
