  1. Extended family in town through the weekend....as such, a little tight in the gym. Shortened the two 20 minute segments to 16 each and cut squats to 4 sets. Everything else as Rx'd.

    A. Done at 150# (70%). No issues.
    B. 195/195/200/190 - These were tough. The slow tempo down and pause at the bottom taxed my core and made it hard to get out of the hole.
