    Wanted to ask your advice on injury. I believe I pinched a nerve in my lower back yesterday, there was no crack, pop, or anything of that sort. Would you recommend rolling out? Also, I can still do strict pull ups and possibly bench press without pain. Would you recommend it?

    Just getting over a cold and was feeling pretty sluggish today. I was a little slow to lock out on the jerks and missed the 3rd rep of SP at 135. Lastly, my lungs gave out on the 3rd set of the lactic conditioning portion. It took me about 10-20 minutes before I could stop coughing. Hopefully I'm better tomorrow.
