For time...Subbed partner workout from my local gym<br /><br />For time<br />2 bar muscle ups<br />4 snatches 135<br />6 thrusters 135<br />8 burpees<br />10 TTB<br />12 KBS 50<br />14 clean and jerk 135<br />16 front squats 135<br /><br />Start with 2 bmu, then 2 bmu + 4 snatches, then 2 bmu + 4 snatches + 6 thrusters etc. my partner and I finished somewhere around 16:30. This one didn't take as long as I thought but was harder breathing wise than I thought. I did all the bmu and we pretty much split everything else in half, cleans we went 1:1, I did 10 front squats at end he did 6. Fun workout, I needed a change of pace and some training parents for a day.<br /><br />Afterwards<br /><br />Rowed 2k in 8:58, held 2:15 pace with damper at 10. This was moderate effort.
